DIVINAGRACIA S. SAN JUAN is the Partner-in-Charge of the Legal Staff.  She obtained her Bachelor of Law from the University of the Philippines in 1985.  She was a consistent member of the Order of the Purple Feather, the honor society at the U.P. College of Law.  She was admitted to the Bar in 1986.  Ms. San Juan worked as Law Clerk of retired Chief Justice (then Associate Justice) Andres R. Narvasa at the Supreme Court of the Philippines from 1986 to 1990.

She is a member of the Portia Sorority, Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Philippine Bar Association, U.P. Law Alumni Association, Federation Internacional de Abogadas, and Women Trial Lawyers Organization of the Philippines.
