PARAJA G. HAYUDINI is the Finance Partner.  He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippine in 1974.  He was a consistent member of the Order of the Purple Feather, the honor society at the U.P. College of Law.

After his admission to the Bar in 1974, he joined Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz, and became a partner in 1981 until 1986.  In 1984, he was a participant in the Program for Instruction for Lawyers, 16^th Summer Session, at the Harvard Law School.  He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines, Legal Management Council of the Philippines, Alpha Phi Beta Fraternity and the U.P. Law Alumni Association.
